2039 - Beachwood Sanctuary: Walk-to-Beach Villa

Location is on the Omni Resort campus which made walking to the beach, restaurants and shops convenient. The villa was well tended, kitchen was ok, TVs in two of the bedrooms didn’t work. Loved the view and the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Living room was spacious with nice seating options.

The beach access is a far walk for people with mobility issues. We had to go to American beach for a shorter walk. Everything else was as described. We have a nice time and would stay here again

Very nicely updated space in a great location directly behind the shops and restaurants which were very easy to walk to down the path behind the villa or across the bridge on the golf course. Lovely green space out back and very quiet. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids. Well stocked with most things you need for cooking at home. We’d love to stay again!

We have stayed in this area for Thanksgiving for the past 10 years. This was a new condo for us and we were thrilled. The location is fantastic… easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants.
I did have a few questions earlier on. The host was very responsive.
It was very nice to have a private bathroom for each bedroom and the beds were comfortable in all three spaces.
We would definitely rent here again.

Laily’s place was exactly as described. She was responsive via the telephone number she provided. It is walkable to many of the amenities within the Omni. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the patio was nice. Though we were in a townhouse/villa, it still felt very private. We arrived the day after Helene came through. Though the parking lots and roads were, understandably, and bit of a mess, they were spotless by the next day. I would definitely stay at Laily’s place again.

This is a townhouse on the Onni Amelia Island property. The Townhouse is beautiful- uodated and renovated with lots of amenities. It is far superior to the villas you can book through the hotel. If you have a group or family you won’t be disappointed!

We loved staying at Amelia's place. It was a short walk to the Omni lobby bar and restaurants. Peacefully located on the golf course, Amelia's place provided everything we needed. It has the security of being inside monitored gates with shops, Spa and restaurants nearby. The value was a highlight! We will stay here again.

Amelia's place was perfect for our group of 3 couples! The house was very clean and right at the end of complex of the community. We enjoyed the outdoor space as much as we enjoyed the indoor space. It was great for each couple to have their own attached bathroom. The location of the home was perfect for anyone who had anything going on at the Omni like we were in town for. It's just a quick walk to the hotel. The owner's were great and super responsive. I'd highly recommend this place for our next stay!

Ghazaleh's place is absolutely beautiful with amazing surroundings in which the townhome sits. We did not mind the walk to the beach because we were surrounded with such beauty! The walk from her front door to the sand is a good 6 minutes. If I had very small children, I don't know if it would be ideal. My kids are older and they didn't mind the walk. We also took a beach buggy to put all chairs, towels and an umbrella in. You will definitely want something to carry all of your stuff. Two things to note: the walk back from the beach is uphill for the first part and there is nowhere to rinse the sand off of everything. We had to stop by the pool every day to shower off, which wasn't a big deal because it is right on the way to the house. But it would be nice if there was another place to rinse. The house is decorated beautifully and there was plenty of space for 7 ppl. Each br has its own bathroom which is so nice! Everyone loved it! I would highly recommend!

My family had a wonderful getaway! The back patio with a field was amazing for a dog and little ones. I was easily able to communicate with Ghazaleh or her assistant and had no problems. I am planning on coming back but for longer!

We so enjoyed our week in this beautiful villa! It was well equipped and spotless clean! The beds are so comfortable. The views...lake and golf course...are beautiful. Short walk to beach and other great walks available. Can't wait to go back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ghazaleh's place! Took a trip with some girlfriends, and the place and location were just perfect. Her home is incredibly clean and has an amazingly quiet location with easy beach and walking path access. Individual bathrooms in each room were such a treat! I definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back to stay. Definitely book it if you are looking for a relaxing getaway on Amelia Island!

This place was perfect in every way. We came for a work conference at the Omni and it was a quick 3-4 walk to the Omni hotel. Clean and modern. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the pool that comes with the rental. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

This location is perfect. A short 3-5 min walk to the OMNI pool, beach, and golf course that is right there. The inside is wonderfully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer then just an extended weekend!
