My stay at this property was wonderful. It was spotless and well equipped with everything that I needed for my stay. I did cook quite a bit and even used the crockpot! Laily and Doris were quick to respond and very informative. The coffee pot was broken and they replaced it as soon as I let them know that day! Amelia Island is a beautiful place and I will certainly rent this property in the future.

Just so you know the property picture is NOT the property. It is close by. No ocean view, pool is nice but small. This is a condo complex near the hotel, no access to hotel or amenities. Having said that it is an excellent property in a nice setting. Very roomy and clean

Excellent host!! Condo was clean, and had everything we could need! Perfect size for 4 adults & 3 children (we did bring our own pack and play). It is a bit of a hike to the beach if walking, but the trade off for the calm, quiet location was worth it! We love the Plantation, and would pick to stay with Laily & Doris again!

Great for families!
I am 71 years old and have rented condos from the Bahamas to Florida, SC, Tenn, Colorado, Montana, Maine, Wyoming, Vermont and Europe.. ( and that’s not all ) This condo was exactly perfect for our family vacation. It was not elegant or expensive w fancy things but that is not what we wanted. My son is a US Marine and doesn’t expect elegant or expensive things. He just wants to be w his wife and 3 children and enjoy a gorgeous beach and have a warm and comfy place to enjoy. We cooked at home every night and day. The kitchen might’ve needed some better knives but unless u are an expert cook (like my son )the kitchen is well equipped. The Harris Teeter has amazing food. We bought shrimp, scallops and prime rib during our stay. Fantastic! Beds are very Comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Amelia Island.

Great for families.
The condo has two sections that can be separated for in-laws or friends. The in-law section has its own kitchenette. The condo is near a quiet and uncrowded beach and parking is not a problem. Overall, this was the perfect place for people on a budget who want daily beach access and golf without the hassles of crowds or traffic.

Great stay, awesome host
The villa and grounds are awesome, we loved the location which was in a first class resort setting. The condo was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. There was one minor issue with one of the TVs missing a power cord, there were only two of us and three TVs so not a big deal, when we informed the host she went out of her way to resolve the problem even though we told her it was not a big deal. We needed to stay an extra night due to Milton effecting our home in SW Florida, the host was kind and understanding and made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend this as a destination for Amelia Island.

February Getaway
My friend, dog and I enjoyed a lovely month in this charming Amelia Omni Plantation townhome. The property manager contacted us personally the day prior to arrival to welcome us and let us know that the property was ready. We found the home to be spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorate. Phone calls were returned promptly and one issue was addressed quickly. Although the property is not ocean front, we found the location to be lovely nestled among the live oaks and palmettos. We enjoyed long walks during our stay and appreciated the variety available without leaving the Plantation. Stopping for an afternoon coffee and sweet treat at the deli was a bonus. The property manager made rebooking for next year convenient and we look forward to enjoying February 2025 at this lovely property.

A restful and peaceful place
My husband and I just ran a 7 week summer tennis camp and were absolutely tired and needed rest. This villa was so peaceful, comfortable and there were times we felt we were the only ones there! A great place to relax and just find shady spots to read a book, swim, beach, fish and play tennis all within walking distance and beauty is everywhere on this property.

Nice pet friendly accommodations
Overall, a great stay. We've stayed in other pet friendly places where the furniture and bedding did not feel very clean. That was not the case here. This condo had plenty of room and was well equipped with anything you'd need. The location wasn't great, as it was not convenient to the beach, but we knew that going in. However, the resort does golf cart rentals and also provides a shuttle to all locations on the plantation. There was a phone to request the shuttle in front of the condo & they were very timely. The only real "negative" would be the back area where we had to take our dog out at night was very wet/mushy, even though there was no rain... I felt like we were constantly trying to pick up the wet leaves and things that tracked in. There was a small mat, but it couldn't really handle the amount of dirt & leaves. We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a pet-friendly rental. The agents were super helpful and great to work with.

Christmas get away with pets
This is a ideal place to stay with pets, since the area for walking them is a short distances and quiet. The villa backs up to the woods for a private patio and quick step out with the pets. Loved the spacious living and dining area. I did not use the pool, but it was just outside the front entrance. Bath, beds and kitchen were clean. Everything is true to the listing. She even had a Christmas tree decorated with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates. Great shopping in the complex and just a short drive into Amelia Island for a nice day out. A little to far away to have a short walk to the beach for me. Nice pool, restaurant and beach at the Omni Resort just a short drive in the complex from the villa. Quiet and relaxing area. Very quick response from the property owners, if I had a question. Really enjoyed the villa and plan to do a return visit.

Family vacation
We traveled to Amelia Island with our two sons, ages 16 and 19. The condo was perfect for us! The boys enjoyed having the queen sized beds in the second bedroom. The location was great, as well, with the tennis courts nearby, pool right outside the front door, and just a short walk to the beach. Amelia Island Plantation is a wonderful property with many dining options on site. We look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Relaxing and very well equipped condo
I just have to tell you how much our family enjoyed our recent vacation in your lovely Courtside Villa. The Villa was immaculate and the epitome of luxury. We particularly enjoyed the 55 inch HD TV and the separate entertainment center in the large 2nd bedroom which our kids made great use of. The pool was just outside the door and though the water was still a bit cool for my wife and me, the kids were undeterred and used it often while we sunbathed on the expansive deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the large dining area provided plenty of space for the entire family and ourl guests too. We even had a couple meals on the spacious balconies. When we did venture out several great restaurants were within walking distance. In fact, the best part was probably the location. Most mornings we would just take a short stroll to the beach or else to Marche Burette and shops for morning coffee. All in all, it was one of the best family vacations we ever had. Your hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, a gift box of wine and chocolates waiting for us to the day of our departure and everything in between. We will be sure to return, and recommend to everybody to try this special place!!

Fantastic Experience and Condo
Location location location! This is absolutely the perfect get away. The condo was in perfect shape with wifi, phone, fully stocked and clean. Beautiful short walk to the beach which was gorgeous. There are plenty of locations on site to go eat, many shops close by and several options for site seeing including horseback riding on the beach. The area was very peaceful and romatantic. The owner was very accomadating and super nice. Absolutely zero complaints and I would rent again in a heart beat. Highly recommend this to anyone.

The price was good for the location and the wifi was very important to us as one person had to use it a lot because of 2 on-line classes he was taking! I wish the Omni people would have made beach umbrellas available for rent on the beach so we could have stayed out longer. The pool was fun, too. We were familiar with the area so enjoyed several favorite restaurants including 29 South, The Surf, and Plae. Enjoyed shopping at the market and loved our fresh produce from the local stand up the road. I would recommend to friends and family with the understanding that the beach is a good walk away.
